山の会では12月23日（日）朝倉の名峰「古処山」に忘年登山（本命は花立山温泉での忘年会）と称して登りました。個人的には約20年ぶりの古処山で，どんな山か記憶がなかったのですが，山頂の風景だけを思い出したようなものでした。
旧キャンプ場からの登山道が数年前の豪雨ですっかり壊されていて，現在補修中でしたが，まだあちこちでその傷跡が残っていました。
結構急斜があり思った以上にきつく感じられましたが，概ね2時間弱で山頂に着きました。この頃から雪が舞い始めかなり寒くなってきました。温度計を見ると―2.8℃を示しており，急いで湯を沸かし軽食を摂りました。その後，下山し，花立山温泉でゆったりとお湯に入り，忘年会となりました。
忘年会では，今年の屋久島宮之浦岳の思い出，来年の富士山への期待を思い思い語りながら，盛り上がり楽しい時間を過ごしました。来年もいろんな山を計画します。
