≪ ５月２５日 豆の最盛期 ≫
久々の「ちょこっと百姓」報告です。
春野菜が丁度最盛期を迎えましたので、5月25日、26日にかけて主に山の会メンバーで収穫を手伝ってもらいました。
今はエンドウ、スナップエンドウ、キヌサヤ、空豆の豆類、球レタス、チシャ、タマネギ、ジャガイモがとれています。これからはナス、キュウリ、トマト、ピーマン、南瓜、西瓜など夏野菜がとれ始めます。
また、草も梅雨時期を中心に最盛期となり、草との戦いが始まります。山の会のメンバーには草取りも手伝って頂き感謝です。
